W.H.O PRESIDENT SHOWER PRAISES ON FORMER PRESIDENT JOHN MAHAMA.

The President of the World Health Organization (W.H.O), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has showered praises on former President John Dramani Mahama for his gallant contribution in investing massively towards the building and development of the Health sector in Ghana.

The W.H.O boss said this when he took to his Twitter handle and twitted "Thank you @JDMahama for investing massively in the building of hospitals in Ghana, this will help us contain and fight #COVID-19 in the country rapidly. You deserve praise. #Coronavirus".

The former President, Mr Mahama invested Millions of United States Dollars in infrastructural development with key focus on hospitals which have undoubtedly become the backbone in supporting the current Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo's government in tackling and combating COVID-19 effectively.

This assertion has come to vindicate John Mahama's goodwill and great efforts in providing a robust healthcare delivery systems for the people of Ghana.

The Rwandan President, Paul Kigame equally took to Twitter to praise the former President of Ghana. He twitted "@JDMahama your efforts has taught us much and we appreciate you. #Africa is blessed having you. This will go a long way to bless Africa".

The Flagbearer of the NDC, John Mahama, as part of his contribution and effort to fight COVID-19, he has together with the leadership of the party made several donations specifically to the Greater Accra Regional (Ridge) Hospital.

He has promised to also procure some of the PPEs and other necessary medical supplies to be distributed to the Tamale Teaching Hospital and other Regional facility centers that have recorded cases of COVID-19.
